The 10G SFP+ BiDi 10km Optical Transceiver Module is a high-performance 10Gbps bidirectional (BiDi) optical transceiver designed for single-fiber optical communication networks. By utilizing Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) technology, it transmits and receives optical signals over a single strand of Single Mode Fiber (SMF), effectively reducing fiber infrastructure costs.

The module operates over a transmission distance of up to 10km and uses a Simplex LC optical connector. It is available in complementary wavelength pairs, typically TX1270nm/RX1330nm and TX1330nm/RX1270nm, which must be deployed in matched pairs for proper bidirectional communication.

Featuring a standard hot-pluggable SFP+ form factor, the module integrates a high-performance DFB laser transmitter and PIN photodiode receiver, delivering stable optical performance, low power consumption, and reliable 10Gbps Ethernet connectivity.

Optional Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM/DOM) provides real-time monitoring of module temperature, voltage, transmit power, receive power, and laser bias current, making network management easier and more efficient.

This module is ideal for enterprise networks, telecom systems, metro Ethernet, data center interconnection (DCI), OLTs, switches, and routers.
