The 10G SFP+ BiDi 20km Optical Transceiver Module is a high-performance 10Gbps bidirectional (BiDi) optical transceiver designed for long-distance optical communication over a single strand of Single Mode Fiber (SMF). By utilizing Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) technology, it enables simultaneous transmission and reception on one fiber, reducing fiber infrastructure costs while maintaining high-speed network performance.

The module supports transmission distances of up to 20km and features a Simplex LC optical connector. It is available in complementary wavelength pairs, including TX1270nm/RX1330nm and TX1330nm/RX1270nm, which are used together to establish bidirectional communication.

Built in a standard hot-pluggable SFP+ form factor, the module integrates a high-performance DFB laser transmitter and PIN photodiode receiver, providing stable optical performance, low power consumption, and excellent compatibility with mainstream networking equipment.

Optional Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM/DOM) enables real-time monitoring of module temperature, supply voltage, transmit optical power, receive optical power, and laser bias current, simplifying network maintenance and troubleshooting.

The module is ideal for enterprise networks, telecom systems, metro Ethernet, data center interconnection (DCI), OLTs, switches, routers, and fiber access networks.
